n8n Workflow Automation

n8n workflows built for the process your team will operate

Webseek designs and implements n8n workflow automation around defined business tasks. We connect the trigger, system actions and decision rules with the exception handling and ownership needed after the initial build.

Discuss your n8n workflow

Map the complete workflow

What starts the work? Which records are read or changed? What confirms completion? We document the sequence, required interfaces and the point at which a person must review or approve an action.

APIs, webhooks and scheduled triggers are selected around the available systems and required timing. Review our integration categories and integration service for the supporting scope.

Handle repeated events and incomplete runs

A workflow needs a plan for duplicate inputs, invalid records and systems that are temporarily unavailable. We define which actions may be retried, how retries are bounded and how repeated execution avoids creating duplicate business effects.

That last requirement is often called idempotency: repeating the same intended operation should not create an extra order, update or other unintended action. The implementation depends on the systems involved.

Make exceptions visible

The scope defines what is logged, who receives an alert and how an operator identifies the affected record. Errors that cannot be resolved automatically need an accountable next step.

Credentials, permissions and access changes also require ownership. A workflow that runs under one person’s forgotten credentials is difficult to hand over responsibly.

Agree the hosting and maintenance responsibilities

Deployment choices are assessed against your access, data and operating requirements. Where self-hosting is in scope, the agreement should cover hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and recovery responsibilities.

Handoff can include the workflow map, configuration notes, test cases and operating instructions.

Questions before you begin

Useful answers before the work starts.

Can you improve an existing n8n workflow?

Yes. We can review its purpose, dependencies, failure behavior and operating gaps before defining changes.

Does the workflow need AI?

Only if a defined step benefits from interpretation and can be evaluated. Many workflows can follow explicit rules.

What if the process spans several teams?

Process orchestration can define the larger sequence and responsibilities before the individual workflows are built.
